Wassup? I don't really rent out time like a commercial studio.
That ain't my thing. I basically get paid to make tracks and produce for clients. Besides right now I'm in the process of making some major additions and upgrades (i.e. Mac Pro).
If it's tracks you need, we can work something out. Are you putting out your own CD, or shopping a deal? Where are you working out of now?
