- Paul Phillips is a singer,songwriter and musician from Memphis,Tn. As an independent artist Paul released his first solo project in 2007 entitled "Tonight" The CD has 13 songs all written by Paul. At an early age Paul discovered his love for music and has nurtured this throughout his life.He has always had an ear for music.
As an adult Paul began to develop his own style of music. He began to collaborate with other talented artist that helped him branch out and realize his potential. He has had the opportunity to perform background for Miles Jaye and Melissa Morgan when they toured with Boney James. He's performed with saxophonist Ray Boyland and Mark Baker. In June 2008 he performed in Anchorage,Alaska promoting his new CD. In October 2008 he performed at the Blues Ball with legendary Stax artist Eddie Floyd. Paul is currently writing material for his next project.His ultimate goal is to start his own label and produce other talented artist.
