Wherever you stand in this industry, never ever ever GIVE UP.The first step in success is believing in yourself. No one can do that for you. believe! There are lots of broke producers, artists, promoters, and even major label companies. YOU name it, they are all over the place. you are surrounded with people who are not financially stable, people who are scared of falling, losing and failing....the list goes on and on...
Don't underestimate your potential..If God keeps you in that position, stay positive, humble, be true to yourself and have faith. You may not have all the riches in the world, the fame, and everything that goes along with it, but my dear one, with that perseverance, and strong foundation that took years to be built inside you, all things that you desire will happen if that really is God's plan for you. Be content, and thankful for what you have right now...Despite all the rough patches, Don't worry...Things will come to pass. Like what they say, "live for the moment".

Wow Jesse, That is pretty much exactly what i needed... I've been struggling so much with exactly what i'm supposed to be doing in the world of music. I'm a strong singer/songwriter that has been trying to get into the industry for a very long time. I write all my own material i just don't know what i'm supposed to be doing right now... but that's completely what i needed...

That was very well stated! I think people, including myself, get discouraged when we see so many people with great talent struggling to make it in this industry. The key is believing in ourselves, fighting, enduring, working hard, and having faith that it can happen. You hit it right on the target.
