Thedy!!! Just wanted to give a shout. Got the email about the group and had to join it. U already have a ton of helpful info here and it could not come at a better time as I prepare to release my first album independently... I was reluctant to do an independent release and have been chasing labels for tha longest because I just wanted to have that major label "machine" behind me, but now i'm feeling at least a little more confident than I did before LOL. 1st, let me say I appreciate sister ThedyB for taking the inititive to create this group...great wealth of talent that I've seen here in the short period of time since activating my membership.

I (like another member on the board mentioned) guess could be considered an "old head" in this industry. Was active in various areas in the 80's, took a much needed hiatus and, am back now to connect/collab with other serious musicians wanting to create great music.

I do sing, but, am putting more emphisis on writing for others. Have two seasoned female voices (that have been in the music business for awhile) I'm working with/managing now, seeking top notch, quality tracks to frame they're artistry with. You can hear their voices by going to the myspace pages of both: Nitta and Vickie. Open to any and every idea anyone has with a passion, drive and desire to produce quality music...
