In Need of R&B / Pop Songwriter(s)

I'm looking for an R&B / Pop songwriters who can write songs that have a commercial appeal. You can be original, creative, etc., but the end result has to be something that a program director would actually consider playing on the radio. I also write adult R&B type of beats/tracks (stuff you'd hear on the MIX adult R&B stations). I'm also able to produce beats around complete lyrics or melodies you already have. P.S. - If you're also an artist & have access to a good engineer who can record your vocals (or if you truly know how to record your own dry vocals, no clipping or distortion or use of embedded laptop mics), than that's even better. Sorry if this is obvious to some, but not everyone understands how to record vocals properly.
