pro tools still has alot of bugs in it . theres always something going wrong. DAE 9131 ERRORS ALL THE TIME ' YOUR LIMITED TO DIGIDESIGNS HARDWEAR AND LOGIC WONT EVEN SYNC UP TO THE MBOX 2 CORRECTLY BUT PRO TOOLS IS EASIER TO USE AND AFTER U GET PAST THE LEARNING CURVE YOU CAN MAKE BIG MOVES WITH IT , PRO TOOLS IS LIKE A USED CAR IT HAS TO BE WELL MAINTINANCED TO STAY RUNNING RIGHT.

He may be talking about logic 5 which was on both platforms. Logic didn't switch to an all mac program til logic 6. I believe emagic sold it to apple in 2005.

Runs on all computers? LOGIC is Mac/Apple only, or did I miss something?

I have been running Logic pro since 2003 its been the back bone of my studio i have pro tool but in simple term logic runs all computers. its all binary input but its the master of sound tracking. and try sony sound forge architect -6-7-8 its cool and final cut .

I run everything on iMac.

i dont have any issues with Logic studio. cant beat the plug ins and the mastering system. i run it on G5, and it runs smooth. also good for video scores. never used protools so cant say which is better. but loogic is my shhhh....
