Ok. What would you do if someone stole your song and was performing it in the same city you were living in, with you possibly wanting or is also performing the same song? What WOULD you do???

Consult an entertainment attorney. They haven't actually stolen your song if all they've done is performed it. You could possibly be owed performance royalties depending on which PRO you're with. If you're with SESAC and the song is registered, then you're owed money for the live performance of the song at the venues that it's been performed at.

For performance royalties, a PRO will not need to see a video to verify the performance. They will just need the info surrounding the event(s). Different PROs handle live performances differently. I prefer SESAC. You go to the website and just add the info details of the performance (date, venue, size, etc.).
