That’s not all, KANYE also expressed his aspirations to “break every rule and mentality of hip-hop, of Black culture, of American culture.” How you ask? Well by posing nude of course! KANYE explains to VIBE, ” It’s like BJORK. If she wants to pose naked, you’d be like ‘Oh that’s BJORK.’ But if I wanted to pose naked people would draw all type of things into it. I definitely feel like, in the next however many years, if I work out for two months, then I’ll pose naked. ”

All I can say is damn. Whether he believes it or not... JUST DAMN. The game has changed. Whether it's for the better or worse, that is something only time will tell. I do feel he wants the ability to be regular sometimes (like many stars do). As far as saying, don't support me, he doesn't want that. He is right, if he wasn't as famous as he was he could have regular joe moments. Not gonna happen. Not anytime soon at least. We as consumers need to let stuff like this roll past us. Publicity is good and he seems to spin things well and stay relevant. One thing is, we are all talking about it.

I don't see what the attraction is to him. So many people like him. About the fan thing, I bet he does want to go back to that same ole Kanye that was super paid off of his production, he could do anything he wanted to do. He forgot the one golden rule to being a producer. As producers we cannot must not be in the spotlight. We have to sit back and play our roll. Thats what keeps the cash flowing, send crash test dummies out into the spotlight for you, let them bask and soak, and take all the glory and downfall. You continue to count ya chips and make sure the music is getting produced.

I agree with Thedy and Anointed Poet; These hip hop celebrities do not realize that they are idolize. People they grew up with or from there hood look up to them. Most times these kats just want to be ordinary people but labels give them these "airs" that they have to portray. Being something your not can get old, artist like Jill Scott are real people and not into artists selling them out. We as ordinary people look up to these kats, making fools and displaying inappropriate behavior and want to be like them, money change kats and sometimes the high in mighty just want to be regular again. I also again that White America, expects us to act like fools so they can get a kick out of us acting that way.

As independent artist, businessmen/women we have to strive to not to let money and fame changes once we get to the level we are seeking. The media derives on the negative that people do but they never expose the good folk do!!!

Stay in courage and stop idolizing these emcees and rappers and be ourselves!!!

Beyond that..the music is what its all about, every star says.."damn , I wish i could go to the mall" We all know what were getting into goin in this biz as artist, so why the big surprise when it gets crazy. Let dude have his moments, he's is biggest fan and his worst critic...ME TOO!!!! in that same vibe mag he list his top joints and his top 10 misfires...He got hits on the list of joints he don't like!!!

I applaud Kanye for working to never be a follower. The game is full of followers in the board room and in the studio. I think the things he's done with his music and live shows has expanded other artist. Jay-z live show has gotten better because of Kanye (post kanye's incredible Touch the Sky Tour)...the live band was Kanye's doing. Now J always performing with bands...and his music became more instrumental and less boom bap. Heads don't realize that kanye spends more money on his sets and videos then most acts. Main these rappers be like...gimme a broad, gimme a club, gimme some cars annnnnd....Action! The art work alone on the Graduation Album cost a grip! and he flew to japan to get the artist to do it and it took i believe most of the year just to get the artwork right. Thats attention to detail and that's an artist. Music business stopped looking for artist....they're coming back though (B.O.B's new joint is ill)

Far as wayne and the Prom Queen song its actually a good rock song...if Nirvana was singing it then it'll be hot. Since he's a "quote" rapper people say its garbage....LETS MAKE THIS CLEAR....I AM NOT A DIE HARD WAYNE FAN...with that said the joint is actually well put together as rock song and I bet he get big money off that because they're gonna play it on TV, in movies, and basketball arenas. I bet that song last longer than..."a milli a milli a milli"

We gotta get back to listening to the music and get off the individual...I know the biz is selling a package..music, look, personality, and vision. because i believe I'm a package deal..the only problem with that is it gets us so far from the music that we don't even hear the work.

Kanye's my dude and he go hard for his fans so I chalk this quote up to him having a moment. Yea he should watch what he say, but nothing wrong with thinking and not trying to be in a box

I can remember not too long ago that when this dude 1st came out he was rantin and ravin that no one took him seriously as an emcee, and 1nce he got the status of one of the top emcees in the game he did a switch and came out with the album 808 Heartbreak, now I'm not downing any artist for exploring their creativity but I really feel that releasing this particular album just wasn't the right time, now to hear this cat wants the fans that he worked so hard for to stop supporting him? this cat is far too talented to be actin this way, please somebody pray for this Kanye, now that type of support this cat really needs

kane has learned from dame dash n 50 how to stay relevant. a few weeks ago i heard a interview where he changed his name to something outragously stupid. it annoys dudes like me that try to be real all day every day, but to him it is money in the bank. he's too smart to believe this type of bull shit...he's basically playing with the publics mind so we can keep talking about him.
