Hell no. Diddy is building a monument to himself and his own ego with everything that he does, and anybody who would kiss that much a$$ to work for him doesn't value his or her own worth. As far as Diddy's concerned, working for him requires making him into your god. I don't care how demanding success is: it's never worth sacrificing one's humanity. And any success that requires humiliation before some ordinary man (and yes YOU, P. Diddy, are STILL just an ordinary man in the eyes of God) isn't worth having. Find another ghostwriter.

I don't know what the alleged initiation is for Diddy, but we should not be so quick to forget that once upon a time Diddy was an intern and washed cars for the likes of Andre Harrell who was then on top of the Urban Music Business.

While Diddy didn't make it to his position on his on he did have to make some hard decisions as to what he was willing to endure, as such he earned is success and has to keep fighting to maintain it. There are a number of has-beens and one-hit wonders running rampant.

Again while I don't know of Diddy's initiation process, perhaps the music business needs more initiation and exclusivity again as there are to many lookie lus(sp) who "just want to see".

Would I work for Diddy? At this point I doubt it, because of the path of I'm on, but had you asked me a few years ago sure. There's nothing that another man is able to do that would have me to compromise self. If you Know Thself, you'll do right for Thself. :-) I didn't watch the video... Now that's Industry Pimping!

Yes i would work for Diddy. Don't know what initiation we are speaking of, but it's alleged and unless seen personally should not be considered. Diddy has done a lot and gone through a lot to get where he is. I respect that. And know that that show is just that a show. It's for your entertainment just like the Trump show was. Diddy is in a place that I strive to get to right now, so working for him would put me in a better place to get there. Now I can't see myself doing all the BS they do, but I'd go get cheesecake.....ha!
